The development concerns both sales to third parties and expansion of the company's own rental portfolio.

HBS Development is located in the beautiful Altea located on the Costa Blanca. It is a beautiful artist and fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea. In this area we are looking for top locations with experience. For example, we are currently building on the boulevard of Calpe with the fantastic view over the Peñon de Ifach, the large impressive rock that breaks up the coast.
